Refund Periods and Applicable Refund Percentages:

1. Refund within 90 days: A refund of 90% of the reservation price will be provided.
2. Refund within 60 days: A refund of 70% of the reservation price will be provided.
3. Refund within 30 days: A refund of 50% of the reservation price will be provided.
4. Refund within 1 week: A refund of 30% of the reservation price will be provided.

Please note that beyond the specified refund periods, refunds will not be offered unless required by law.

Return Policy for RV Rental:

We appreciate your interest in renting an RV from our company. We want to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our return policy to facilitate a smooth and satisfactory experience. Please review the following return policy for RV rentals:

1. Early Returns: If you choose to return the RV before the scheduled return date, no refunds or prorated amounts will be provided for the unused rental period.
2. Late Returns: It is important to return the RV on or before the agreed-upon return date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges, including daily rental fees for the extended period, as well as inconvenience fees if it causes disruption to subsequent bookings. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate any delays in returning the RV. In case of delay, each hour is charged with 50€.
3. Return Condition: The rented RV must be returned in the same condition as it was received, taking into account reasonable wear and tear. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges deducted from the security deposit.
4. Cleaning: We expect the RV to be returned in a reasonably clean condition, both inside and outside. Failure to clean the RV adequately may result in cleaning fees deducted from the security deposit.
5. Fuel and Propane: The RV should be returned with the same fuel and propane levels as when it was picked up. If the fuel or propane levels are lower, the cost to refill will be deducted from the security deposit.
6. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required before renting the RV. The deposit will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe after the RV is returned, minus any deductions for damages, cleaning fees, fuel/propane refill, or any outstanding balances.
7. Insurance: All renters are required to have appropriate insurance coverage for the rental period. Any claims, damages, or liabilities will be subject to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy.
