3. Renting a recreational vehicle and Consumer Protection

Renting through the online store southrvs.com constitutes a distance rental agreement governed by the Civil Code. The user has the right to enter into a valid rental agreement through the online store, provided they are legally capable in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (if they have reached the age of eighteen and are not under legal guardianship regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Contracts can also be concluded by legal representatives of legal entities. Our company reserves the right to demand the return of any contracts made by legally incapable persons from the supervisor or guardian. To proceed with the rental through our online store, the following are required:
(a) Completing the special form with the necessary information for the conclusion of the rental agreement.

In the event that the vehicle you have chosen is not suitable for use, our company will make every effort to provide you with an alternative recreational vehicle.
Our company assumes no liability if you have provided false information or the information of a third party. In such cases, our company is entitled to seek compensation for any resulting damages. If, during the order placement process, we discover a shortage of any of the selected items or experience a delay in their delivery, we will immediately contact you using the contact details you provided during the order submission to discuss any necessary modifications, corrections, or cancellation of your order. In the event that you have already paid for the canceled portion of the order, our company will refund the corresponding amount for the canceled items within twenty days.

You can only pick up the vehicle from the store on the day the rental agreement begins, between the hours of 10:30-12:30 or 12:00-13:30.

7. Vehicle Return

You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when you received it, filled with the corresponding fuel type, on the last day of the rental agreement between the hours of 9:00-17:00.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel the agreement within one month prior to the agreed rental start date. In this case, our company will refund the amount paid, minus any reservation fees.
Our company reserves the right to cancel the agreement and void your order in the following situations:
a) Due to a technical error, the selected recreational vehicle is not available for the desired period, and the system has not been updated, or/and delivery is no longer possible by our company for any reason.
b) Due to a technical error, the displayed price on the vehicle is incorrect.
c) If, at our absolute discretion, we believe you are engaged in unfair practices by submitting the contract proposal or if you do not make fair use of our website’s ordering system.
d) Due to non-payment.
e) Due to non-receipt of the vehicles according to clause 6 of this agreement.
f) In cases of force majeure.

In any case of cancellation of a completed order for which the payment has already been made, our company will refund the money according to the terms of this agreement within 20 days from the cancellation.
